Facility policies
We want The Swish Lab to be a fun and safe environment for everyone to come level up their game. To ensure that all participants have the best experience possible, we ask that you follow the facility policies outlined below. By booking a session, you agree to abide by these terms. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!
1. Booking and Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval. Any additional time beyond the scheduled booking will incur an overtime fee of of $100. There may be appointments scheduled immediately after yours, so please exit the court promptly when your session ends to allow the next booking to start on time. If you have any questions about what type of session to book, please feel free to contact us.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No-shows are non-refundable. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit for future use. All sales are final, and refunds or cancellations are not available. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help!
3. Facility Rules and Usage
No food or drinks (except water) are allowed on the court. Proper athletic footwear is required at all times. NO DUNKING. No hanging on rims or damaging equipment. Participants must clean up after themselves and return equipment to its original place. No unauthorized coaching, scrimmages, or group activities outside of the booked purpose.
4. Guest Policy
Only registered participants and paying members are allowed on the court during the booking. Spectators must remain in designated areas and may not interfere with the session. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Trainer Policy
Trainers are responsible for the conduct and safety of their clients during the session. Trainers cannot bring additional participants beyond the booked number.
6. Code of Conduct
No foul language, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward other participants. Any damage caused by participants or trainers will be the financial responsibility of the booking party. Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent ban from the facility.
7. Injury and Medical Emergency
There is no on-site staff. In the event of an injury or emergency, participants are responsible for seeking medical attention or contacting emergency services. Participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and costs.
8. Liability Waiver
All participants (or their legal guardians if under 18) must sign a liability waiver before participating in any session. The Swish Lab is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
9. Equipment Use
Participants must report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately via email at theswishlabokc@gmail.com. Misuse of equipment or damage to the facility may result in repair or replacement fees.
10. Photography and Video Consent
The facility reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes unless the participant opts out in writing. Any photography or videography for personal or commercial use must be booked as a content creator session in advance.
11. Lost and Found
The Swish Lab is not responsible for any personal items left behind. Any items found will be held for up to 7 days before being donated or discarded.
12. Weather and Emergency Closures
In the event of inclement weather or facility emergencies, The Swish Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. Participants will be contacted as soon as possible in such cases, and a credit will be offered for future use.
13. Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will result in immediate removal from the facility without refund.
14. Termination of Booking
Management reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund if participants or trainers violate any terms or facility rules.
